Note: Pls download and install the driver before use. If without driver, only HDMI 1 can work. HDMI 2 and VGA must need driver to work.

1. HDMI 1 cannot work, but HDMI2 and VGA work great
Pls check whether your laptop port is USB 3.1 Gen 1 type C port which does not support video output. HDMI 2 port and VGA port are compatible
with all USB 3.1 type C (Gen 1 and Gen 2) after installing the driver.

2. I can’t get the HDMI port to work. What should I do?
Try some of the following steps:
1）Make sure the host USB-C port from your device must support DisplayPort Alt Mode
2) Try a different computer and HDMI cable to see if the issue still persists, use HDMI2.0 cables for optimum performance.
3) Plug your HDMI cable directly into your device and see if you get a stable connection. If you can’t get a stable connection, then the problem is with your HDMI cable.
4) Pls adjust the resolution to 1080P to check whether the external monitor can be recognized

3. I can’t get the Ethernet port to work. What should I do?
Try some of the following steps:
1) First connect the network cable to the hub’s ethernet port, and then connect this type c hub to the computer.
2) Reinstall the Ethernet driver.
3)Try this device with a different computer / ethernet cable and see if the issue persists.

4. What resolution does this usb c hub support?
HDMI ports support resolution up to 4K@30Hz, 2560×1600, 1920×1080 (1080P) and lower resolutions will be displayed at 60Hz.
VGA supports resolutions up to 1920 x 1080@60Hz.

5. My computer is equipped with AC power adapter. How can I charge it with hub?
If your laptop owns an AC adapter, you’d better use the original charger directly to connect the laptop to charge, because it will provide the fastest
charge speed and HP does not allow 3rd party charger to charge their laptop.
